Description

The Chamber of Commerce Certificate is a document that provides administrative, economic and financial information on any company registered in the Business Register. You can request it if you know the company name and VAT number or tax code of the company of interest.

Types of Chamber of Commerce Certificate:

1. Ordinary Chamber of Commerce Register: Provides all current company data, including address and registered office, legal form, main activity, start date of business, current business status and any certifications or documents that can be consulted.

2. Historical Chamber of Commerce Report: Includes both the current company data and the “historical” data, i.e. all possible modifications and variations of the aforementioned data from the time of registration in the Company Register to today.

When to request the Chamber of Commerce Certificate:

• To find out the balance sheet of a company.

• To find out the type of business a company does.

• To find out the composition of a company.

• To find out the legal representative of a company.

• To check if a company's business has changed.

• To check if a company's name has changed.

• To check if the company has made any transfers.

• To check if the company has changed partners or directors.
