The Foreign Company Report is the document that contains the complete information prospectus regarding a company with registered office abroad.
Who can request the Foreign Business Report?
The Foreign Company Report can be requested by anyone on any company located outside of Italy, provided that you know the identification data of the company on which you intend to obtain the document, and provided that you also know the place where the company has established its registered office.
To request the Foreign Business Report, you only need to fill out the form by entering the following information:
- name/company name;
- tax code/VAT number.
- country where the company is based;
- area in which the country where the company's registered office is located is inserted(*)
(*)NB To facilitate the completion of the request form, foreign countries are grouped into areas, therefore, it is necessary to indicate the area within which the country in which the reference company is located has been inserted. The categories are respectively divided into:
Area 1 : Andorra – Austria – Belgium – France – Germany – Gibraltar – Great Britain – Ireland – Netherlands – Portugal – Principality of Monaco – Spain (including Canary Islands and Balearic Islands);
Area 2 : Albania – Algeria – Belarus – Bosnia & Herzegovina – Bulgaria – Canada – Croatia – Czech Republic – Denmark – Egypt – Estonia – Finland – Greece – Hungary – Iceland – Latvia – Lebanon – Libya – Liechtenstein – Lithuania – Luxembourg – Macedonia – Morocco – Moldova – Montenegro – Norway – Poland – Romania – Russia – Saudi Arabia – Serbia – Slovakia – Slovenia – Sweden – Switzerland – Tunisia – Turkey – Ukraine – United Arab Emirates – United States;
Area 3 : China – Japan and remaining countries not described in the previous areas
Costs of the Foreign Business Report
In the request form, the reference area must be indicated according to the group (area1/area2/area3) in which the country where the company is located is included. The cost of the service will be different based on the specific areas, in particular:
Area 1: 99 euros + VAT;
Area 2: 129 euros + VAT;
Area 3: Cost 339 euros + VAT(*).
(*)ATTENTION: For countries included in the area 3 category, the delivery times of the document may vary. In this case, our competent office will inform the customer of the estimated time of processing of the order.
