How long does it take for an order to be processed?
The order processing times are indicated on the page of each service. Some are processed within 60 minutes, others in several working days. It depends on the type of request.
For services that are processed within 60 minutes, this deadline is met if the order is placed by 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Otherwise, the order will be processed the next business day.
The times indicated on the page of each service are generally respected. However, delays may occur for technical reasons, such as a particularly complex practice. The customer will be promptly informed.
How are services delivered?
Upon completion of the order, the customer receives an email, with the document in PDF format delivered as an attachment. For some services, the paper shipment of the document via registered mail is also provided. Upon request, the document can be sent via express courier, even outside the national territory.

Fast Visure Newsletter How does it work?
The newsletter is a free service that Fast Visure makes available to its users. We do not want to be invasive, we send a maximum of two newsletters per calendar month. The email contains our latest offers, discount codes, new services and new articles from our blog managed by our legal office. If you want to unsubscribe, you can follow the link indicated in the footer of the newsletter for cancellation.
How to delete your account?
To delete your account, simply send an email to the email address: info@fastvisure.it. Within 48 hours, the account and all customer data will be removed from our systems. The customer will receive an email confirming the success of the operation.
Is registration required to use Fast Visure services?
For some services it may be necessary. Registration is done when you place your first order and takes less than two minutes. Once registered, simply log in from the login page or directly at the time of payment on the checkout page. You can directly register on the checkout page when you are completing your first order or if you prefer directly on the login page.
Can I change my billing details?
Yes. You can change them for the individual order on the checkout page, or change them permanently in your user panel after logging in from the login page.
How can I pay on Fast Visure?
Fast Visure offers multiple payment options: Paypal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card. Simply select the desired payment method before completing the order on the checkout page.
What credit cards can I use to pay?
The main credit cards, prepaid cards and debit cards belonging to the following circuits: Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express.
If an order fails, will I be refunded?
Yes. If an order cannot be processed, you will be contacted by one of our operators, who will inform you of the reasons why it is not possible to process it and will simultaneously refund the payment. The sums are usually transferred within 7/10 working days.
When does an order go into processing?
When payment is received. So, in case of order by bank transfer, you will have to wait for the amount to be credited. If within 5 days of the order the amount is not credited to the current account indicated when requesting the service, the service will be canceled.
